The key members of the GEEP team are:
  
 

 
 Kyriakos Argyroudis - (Lead Engineer) Kyriakos is in charge of all energy audits carried out by the project. He brings with him extensive experience in energy audits, energy saving techniques, preparation of feasibility studies and financial appraisal of energy efficiency. 
 
 Sylvia Beamish - (Marketing expert) Sylvia is responsible for planning and implementing the GEEP marketing activities and for coordinating these with the marketing activities of the Participating Banks.
 
 Peter Kirkby - (Finance Expert) Peter has over 30 years’ professional experience in finance, and has worked as financial manager of energy operating companies in a number of East European and African countries. He is responsible for bank procedures and financial evaluation of projec
 
 George Zurashvili - (Deputy Team Leader) George has over 10 years of general project management experiences. He is in charge of communication with banks and  marketing.
 
 Murad Kharaishvili- (Local Lead Engineer) has returned from a year of energy management studies in the US to become our Deputy Lead Engineer.  Murad was our original local engineer when Energocredit started, and as well as his two years experience with us, has more than 10 years experience with hydropower projects.

She is involved in checking/approval of loan documents, coordination of activities with participant banks and is in charge of other administrative tasks.
 
 Tea Nutsubidze - (Project Assistant) Tea has more than 5 years experience working with international companies. She assists everybody in the team but has special responsibility for the newsletter production.
 
 George Khmaladze - (Local Engineer) George is a mechanical Engineer and has extensive experience of working in different projects and international organizations. He works on screening loan applications, registration of suppliers and energy audits.
 
 George Shikhashvili - (Local Engineer) George is qualified architect has more than and has more than 10 years experience in working with international organizations in the engineering field. He works on screening loan applications, registering suppliers, and energy audit.
