 fix your windows first, before you install heating.  You will feel the benefit straightaway.

Loans are available under the credit line for investments in:

  • Double-glazed windows with better construction to provide good seals
  • High efficiency boilers and central heating systems (including biomass-fuelled devices)
  • Thermal insulation for walls, floors, roofs
  • Solar water heaters (including flat panel or evacuated tube collectors)
  • High efficiency biomass stoves
  • Biodiogesters for single family use

 
The Bank decides whether you are eligible for a loan on the basis of your regular income. Only TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia provide residential loans you must already have an account or be willint to open one with any of these banks. 
A subsidy (cash back) will be provided for all eligible energy efficiency product used for individual homes. You can use the cashback to pay the part of the loan but you don't have to.
